You can rely on the fact that when you call you will reach a live person. You will never reach an automated answering machine or a call center located out of your area to place your service calls. You will always speak to someone who truly is concerned about your problem and have it taken care of promptly and efficiently.
We know that service response time is important to you. When your device is not functioning properly, we understand that your workflow comes to a grinding halt. Service response time should be measured by the time it takes a trained service technician to be at your place of business, not just a phone call explaining how long it will be before they are able to get to your problem. A-1 Office Machines' policy is simple: if you call in the morning, we will be there late morning or early afternoon on the same day. Likewise, a call in the afternoon will have a service technician in no later than early the next morning.
